Spotlight Program – Effective Business Writing
We have received rave reviews about our Writing for Success Program. Modules include The Writing Process; Editing; Email Communications and Protocols; Electronic Letters to Clients. This program can be customized for any level of audience. We have developed special modules for particular areas of focus and can work with you to ensure the program achieves results that apply in the real work environment. We offer half-day or full-day options. An add-on feature that distinguishes us is that we provide follow-up one-on-one coaching for participants.
Corporate Training & Team Development
Our learning programs are developed for various levels of management, from supervisory preparation to innovative leadership techniques for senior executives. Training events alone don't create change. What's different about our approach is that we provide optional follow-up reinforcement by working with people individually after the learning event. We also encourage "practical laboratory" training sessions and sequential training to help people integrate learnings into real work applications.
